Getting Closer to your Mega Project

Whenever I see people who have skills and talent in something and they are doing something else to feed their family just only there is no value of skills in my town.where people are paid on their degree levels but not on their skills that bothers me a-lot.

I have seen many children of school-going ages wondering, wearing torn clothes, and begging to feed their families. I have seen many people who work for all day and they are expert in their work but end of the day they are paid less and shopkeeper or business where they work for they are earning more from their made products. Like Papad, stitching etcetera.

I have always pursued to bring a change in their lives therefore I wanted to build an organisation in which everyone get their work on their skill basis and earn.
